Chocolate protein smoothie

A healthy, balanced diet should give you all the protein you need (as a rough guide aim for 1-1.2g for each kilo you weigh) but if you’re time poor, hungry post-workout or need to replenish energy levels fast, a protein shake can be an excellent solution. This recipe can easily be rustled up in a blender/ magic bullet, uses just 5 ingredients and tastes great. Ingredients

Serves 1 / vegan

1/2 banana

150 ml plant milk (I used soy)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp chia seeds

1-2 tsp protein powder (I like Form Chocolate Peanut)

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy asap.
