ABOUT ME

I’m a registered nutritionist, health writer and author of The Perimenopause Solution.

My interest in perimenopause and menopause began when I started experiencing symptoms myself some 10 years ago, but found there just wasn’t enough evidence based nutrition information to hand.

I decided to educate myself and become the go-to source for reliable, actionable information that works. Fast forward to today, I blend nutritional science, diet therapy and behaviour change, alongside a generous helping of understanding, to get to the heart of what you need.

i want the menopause transition to be celebrated, not feared.

I know what it’s like to be floored by perimenopause symptoms and to feel like you’re losing control. It is why I set my clinic up (long before menopause was hitting the headlines like it is now), was the the motivation behind my book and informs every event I host, every social media post I publish and every article I write.

The menopause transition can be challenging, but it’s not insurmountable. Whether you’ve experienced surgical menopause, POI or are simply wanting to future proof your health as you head into midlife, I have you covered. 

As well as my one-to-one clinic, I run Menopause In The Workplace sessions that are open to all. Marrying the latest research with a decade of expertise and experience, I help organisations break down barriers to build a culture of understanding and inclusiveness.

My emphasis is always two pronged: firstly, educating and secondly, giving realistic, practical solutions that maximise results. Previous corporate clients include: The Body Shop, Accenture, The Co-op, Macquarie Group, BUPA,, Sweaty Betty, Hearst Magazines and Clarins.
